My (and the lady’s) guess is that this is a husky with dwarfism. Apart from the short legs there is really nothing that looks like there might be corgi in him, the color, the ears, the back length, the coat are all husky.
Looked at a potential new place, liked it a lot, and it is cheaper than our current place.
